I don’t really post much about my personal film life, but I’m pretty proud of a film I’ve recently done for a film class at my school. The film’s title is Execution and it tells of the son of a wealthy Chinese-Filipino tycoon who gets caught in a web of violence and deceit.

And when all was said and done, the little film that could, the lowest-grossing Best Picture winner in Oscar history, took home top honors at this year’s Academy Awards, placing Kathryn Bigelow among the ranks of Hollywood immortality.
It was a shame however that Up in the Air couldn’t muster up a single win, though the Precious Adapted Screenplay win was a pleasant surprise.
15/24 of my predictions were right on – and well, I could’ve done a lot worse.
