BAFTA Nominations are In

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts have announced their nominees for the best in film achievement for 2009. Generally considered the British Oscars, the BAFTAs have stuck to their usual taste, handing eight nominations to one of their own, An Education. Avatar and The Hurt Locker also tied with it for most mentions.
