‘Saving Private Ryan’ Screenwriter Takes on Sam Raimi’s ‘Warcraft’

According to MTV, Robert Rodat, screenwriter for Saving Private Ryan and The Patriot, has been tapped to pen Sam Raimi’s Warcraft adaptation.

The adaptation of the hit Blizzard Entertainment video game has no official release date as of yet. Raimi is scheduled to proceed onto this project right after finishing Spider-man 4 in 2011.
